Extension Cord Safety

A recent inspection identified the unsafe usage of extension cords. Specifically, extension cords were being used as permanent wiring, and being run within tight enclosed spaces. Extension cords are not intended for use as permanent wiring, and when used, they must be sufficiently exposed to prevent the build up of heat. See the attached article for more information:
